3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any third party.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 6.1 Game Rules. All games available on the 33bmm platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules. 33bmm's decision on the outcome of any game dispute is final.

9.2 33bmm does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 In no event shall 33bmm's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted under Philippine law.

11.2 Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), 33bmm reserves the right to void all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings. Remaining real-money balances (net of any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any compliance review, unless prohibited by law or regulatory direction.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
